Upon arrival I was greeted very pleasantly and professionally and was given clear instructions on what I needed to do and to whom I needed to report to. The facility is very warm and inviting with a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful and provided excellent care and assistance to the residents.

I recently toured Rockbridge Oaks in Chattanooga for my mom, and I was really impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. Lexi from the sales team gave me a great tour, and she was personable and knowledgeable, making the whole experience comfortable.

The community itself is new and beautiful, but what really stood out was how happy both the staff and residents seemed. It had a warm, positive atmosphere that put me at ease, and I could easily see my mom being happy there. We’re looking forward to moving her in next week, and I’m excited to visit and see her enjoying all the activities and amenities they offer. Overall, Rockbridge Oaks feels like the right choice for us.

If you are looking for an extended family to care for you or your loved ones this is the place. My grandparents are in the pre planning stages and we recently toured Rockbridge Oaks. The vibe is welcoming and the facility is beautiful. The marketing director Lexi’s bubbly personality is inviting and there is no doubting her passion for the residents. Lindsey the director is a true example of leadership. She is extremely creative and compassionate with her staff and residents. The meal that we were served was exceptional and made by another smiling face named Lexie. Rockbridge Oaks is a hidden gem that Chattanooga is blessed to have.

Lindsey is the director and brings a warm and gracious hospitality to all new residents. She goes beyond mediocre to outstanding customer service. Rockbridge Oaks has a very strong and cohesive work force that is ready and willing to assist residents 24 hours a day. We are very happy with our choice in assisted living facilities. Highly recommend!!

Really look into other facilities before placing family into this facility. Pay attention to detail and if this place is what quality care looks like, you need a re-evaluation of the love you have for your loved one who trust you to make good decisions about the care you want them to recieve at this stage of their life. . Will they take care of your family, as if they are loved? Reflection of what quality care resembles will be to search for a better establishment with quality care in mind.

We are very thankful and appreciative of the care that our father receives there. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any urgent needs of the residents. Caring for seniors is often challenging (and thankless) to say the least, but Rockbridge does a commendable job. The family's needs and concerns are quickly addressed and resolved. Keep up the good work!

I thoroughly enjoyed attending their Mix and Mingle. I was greeted upon walking in the door with a smile from the concierge and welcome. She showed me to the elevator and was specific with instructions on directions to my destination. The community is very clean and well maintained. Everyone I met was polite and it was decorated well. They have a theater room AND activity room. Most assisted livings share common areas which usually mean on 1 activity can go on at a time. Here they have multiple spaces which makes for a great social atmosphere. The bathroom was very clean too! Two residents told me how wonderful it is to live there and attending happy hour is a treat.
The hors d’oeuvres were tasty and the presentation had me excited to try everything. The chef made candied pecans that were delightful.
This community is a hidden gem in Chattanooga strategically located in the heart of everything minutes from Hamilton Place.

Outstanding facility, employees, and service! Rockbridge Oaks does an excellent job in meeting its residents' needs in every way. The calendar events offer a beautiful variety of activities that include the different interests of the residents. Needless to say, the home gives "one" a feeling of living at a resort!
