I am so glad I found Shannon! She is very easy to talk to and her office is warm, inviting and comfortable. She helped me find peace with some past trauma in a way that made it easy to breakdown and rethink. Her methods are based on therapies that yield real results. She is the best at what she does!! I highly recommend Shannon!

I was very hesitant in talking with anyone but ultimately did go and this is where I met Shannon. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy she was to talk with. She has a calming way about her that brings things out that normally would have been bottled up inside. I have been back to here several times and will continue as I look forward to our sessions. I recommend her to anyone that is needing someone to talk to. 10 stars.
