A great place to live. I love my apartment. My manager is very nice and listens to your concerns and addresses them fast. I can say nothing but good things. Management really cares.

The entire property has fallen into disrepair since the new management company took over, with services like the water to the complex and the power for all on property outdoor fixtures being shut of with no communication at complete random, the gate left propped open 24 hours a day, the compactor boarded up and another dumpster insted being dropped in the road to the back half of the apartments, it's impossible to get in contact with anyone and when you can they are dismissive and unhelpful

Just to be clear this 4 star rating is for the new maintenance guy and NOT because I'm pleased with my living experience here at St.Phillips apartments. He has fixed several issues within a 2 week time frame that I've been waiting almost 2 years to get fixed. Thank you isn't enough but please keep him around!

As a resident of St Phillip Villas with an elderly parent, a broken air conditioner in the middle of summer can be a serious health concern. Our maintenance man, Mr. David, immediately addressed the problem and had our air conditioner repaired.
Every time we have had a maintenance request he has been quick to respond and remedy the problem in a timely manner. Thanks for your hard work and service. Mr. David!

Trying to schedule a tour. I have been calling back to back none stop for a week. No one answers the phone. When I leave a voicemail, I still don’t receive a call back. Horrible customer service. I’ll just pass up these apartments due to no one being able to answer the phone. What if I was a resident and it was an emergency?

You posted 3 bedrooms available, we went to your office several times to get more information and fill out an application the office is still closed, we called several times on the phone and left voice messages, on the net we filled out several times the form to get info, we left our emails and our numbers still no answer. Really there is total discouragement and zero customer service.
