Absolutely will never use this location again. The manager preeti has zero customer service skills and chooses to handle situations by hanging up on people then making accusations as you walk thru the door. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I got the name of the woman who rectified my issue.

I had an Amazon return that is done at this location. I had messed up the return on my phone and had no idea what I was doing. There were two people taking turns trying to help me and helping other customer as my phone had froze. They employees were so kind and helpful. I was so impressed with the way I was treated. I like to ship from UPS.i usually have a QR code so they just scan it and print my label right there at no extra cost. I ship a lot and prefer to use UPS over the other ways I've tried. They seem to be on time delivering much more often than the other main company. Sometimes there's a line but if you avoid going between 4:00-5:00pm it's great! Usually the people that help are friendly and professional and the ones that aren't, never last long. You can get pretty much anything you need for shipping but I get my shipping supplies before I go to save money. They will also pack your items if you want, at a charge.
