Derek and the Nashville Wedding Band in its entirety have absolutely perfected the balance of professionalism and having a good time. Their willingness to listen in the planning stages and then executing our wishes seamlessly on the big day did not go unnoticed. His emcee skills helped the event flow flawlessly and the band had the crowd on the dance floor all night long-- I can't even count the number of times our guests complimented their performance! Thanks to them, our wedding was the best party I've ever been to!

I could not gave asked for a better band to bring together my entire wedding day. They truly crafted a custom experience for my husband and I, and our people! From my ceremony music playing 6 different songs with piano and fiddle, to playing fiddle over the top of all of our favorite songs ranging from Dolly to Nelly, to helping us roast our wedding party as they did their grand entrance, and THEN surprising us by learning performing all first dance songs live, every thing they did was flawless. The cowboy hats were just the icing on the cake. I could not recommend them more.

I also went through them to hire a videographer who was so detailed, fun, and easy to work with. I’m sure their product will be just as great as the band!

We hired The Nashville Band for a black tie, private 250 person party. From start to finish, A+. Derek was excellent with communication, planning, organizing set list, Special song request. Professional and easy to work with. He showed up on time, Set up and take down went smoothly. Sound and lighting excellent. High energy band kept the crowd dancing. All the guests wanted to know who they were and how we found them. We would hire them again.

The Nashville Wedding band did a nice job. From start to finish they made the process very easy. They are very prompt with all their communication and ensure that you are comfortable every step of the way. The sole responsibly we tasked them with for the night was to get our guests out of their seats, and onto the dance floor. The did a wonderful job creating excitement and energy in the room, and kept the floor packed for the entire evening (about 2.5 hours). Don’t be mistaken, this is not just a group of friends that got together and decided to form a wedding band, they are top-notch performers. The were able to play a wide array of music to ensure there’s something for everyone. If there’s one “better if,” they did cut the audio for our first dance a bit short, even though we provided an exact time stamp, however this had no effect on the night whatsoever (no one notices, and we did not care). The lighting and props (cowboy hats) were a very nice touch by the band. In fact, many people wore their cowboy hats out to the bars afterward, and surprisingly, some even brought them back home. We also used them for the audio and quartet for the ceremony, and that was also done very well. Several of our guests expressed their love for the band, and if we had to do it all over again, we’d do nothing different. The biggest thing was they made the night about us, not about them. The Nashville Wedding Band delivered for us, just as I am sure they do for all their clients!

We could not be happier with our experience! Derek, the owner, went above and beyond every step of the way—he was incredibly helpful and responsive anytime I had a question throughout the planning process. The band was absolutely amazing and kept the energy up all night—our guests have not stopped talking about how fun the music was! On top of that, Derek also set up the most incredible black & white glam photo booth and even provided light-up cowboy hats that were a huge hit with everyone. It truly made the night feel extra special. And the best part? Everything was so reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough!
