Deanne has been our agent for several years now and provides the absolute best customer service and solutions for every policy need we throw her way! They were great when we first became a customer in 2023. Getting meaningful feedback during renewal time on competing home and auto options both in 2024 and 2025, is next to impossible. Recently, no reply at all to our last-minute reach out, as premiums were due NOW. So we stuck with the same insurance company for nothing other than no comparisons were presented. Not sure what's happening, but they went from 5 to 1 stars in 24 months. Will definitely look for another broker to serve our needs.

I have been with this company for a couple of years, and trying to get in touch with them has consistently gotten harder and harder. Trying to update my policies has been a process that used to take a couple days and now literally takes weeks! Recently left a voicemail inquiring about a policy change requested a couple weeks ago and I can’t even get a call back. Pretty frustrated with their recent customer service for a company that seems like it should be more of a ‘small-town do anything to earn your business’ situation
