After nearly a year I’ve decided it’s time to leave a review. There were a few hiccups with the move but overall things went great! The guys were super nice and friendly too! BUT we couldn’t find our hitch. Our car had been at the shop so we’d taken it off and packed it to be moved in a box on its own since it was pretty heavy. It was a $400 hitch that had a scale on it and all. We thought maybe it got left behind so we went back and looked everywhere but it wasn’t there. We thought maybe we had lost our minds and it was actually in our car but it wasn’t there. We went through every box we had including ones that were just old stuff from storage but it wasn’t anywhere to be found but again we thought we’d just overlooked it because surely it had to be there. We figured we’d find it when we actually unpacked everything. We spent months unpacking and even sorting through and organizing everything that was to go up to the attic and still no hitch. To this day, the hitch is still gone. The only one place that hitch could be is with the movers. It’s been a while now, but I wanted to be sure we didn’t just miss it, but I know now that we did not. Stealing from people you’re moving is a sad gig.

Aiden, Will and Dayton were so cheerful and friendly which was especially nice since it was so cold! This is the second time that I have used this company and have been very happy with their work. We needed heavy furniture moved from upstairs. I would highly recommend this group!

The same movers packed us one day and moved us the next. We were impressed with their work ethic and energy. We found the price to be very attractive as well. The crew was courteous and respectful in speaking with us. They arrived on time both days. We did experience a deep scratch on bed's headboard in the master bedroom and later saw minor damages on the foot board and a dining room chair. We said the furniture was under warranty and would submit a claim. An offer was made by one of the movers to pay for the headboard, but we said we would submit claim. The crew worked hard and was friendly. We gave each one a tip. Would consider using Top Hat again.

I often move due to my job. Recently I’ve moved into the middle/west Tennessee area and I had top hat moving do the job. To put it simply they are the best moving company I’ve had period. Mason Taylor and his crew did a wonderful job, and if I ever move again I will only refer back to Top Hat!
