Don't trust what people write here! People says u can go there even before your appointment for 3hours and be loaded it's not like that I get here 9:30 now it's 1pm. My appointment was 1:30 they start loading me now but good thing there is no security u can go there and check in u get the dock straight but don't think you can be loaded anytime never. There is old guys here u ask them passing outside and tells u to wait for your appointment on the dock😂 so guys find other things u can do instead of come unless u need to sleep is good place to sleep 😅 and wait for your paper other 2hours sometimes.

This place blows a horse, hard to find the entrance, once you do, good luck finding what man door you need to check in at. Picking up is at door C, that’s allllllllllllll the way around the building. They don’t even put there name above the door. Two companies occupies the building. Then the narrow gate you gotta drive through, be sure your straight as you can be. Swift, don’t even try it.

Receivings by Dock# 132 but Shipping is by Dock 34 on the other side of the building. The entrance is through a very narrow gate. Follow the instructions posted to check in.

Quick in and out. Delivery appointment was at 10am arrived at 8am they gave me a door right away was here for only 1 hr and plenty of space to maneuver.

My company has a new lane with them and I've been there a few times to pick up a live load or preloaded trailer. The receiving department is on the East side of the building - along with the restrooms. The shipping department is on the west side. Enter by going around the east side and around north. Once there you must provide your DL, trailer number and license plate, and truck license plate. The times I have been there early before my preload they let me get into a door but still had to wait until closer to my appointment time. They allow for parking as well.

Not sure why negative reviews but my first time experience picking up was good. Arrived 4 hrs early and was Loaded and leaving with paperwork before my Appointment time. Parking is tight when Trucks are parked in front of dock doors and park overnight at your own risk.

Great pickup. I arrived in the morning for a 1700 live load, they still put me on a door and said they'd get to me asap. I was loaded and gone around 1600 before my appt time. Staff was nice, overall great facility.
