I am absolutely amazed at the maintenance response here at Gravity at 255. The maintenance supervisor, GT, has been awesome, taking care of a few issues I found while getting settled in. I am amazed at how quickly they respond. I submitted a request on the Rent Cafe app around 9:00 AM and marked the priority as standard. When I went home for lunch at around 11:00 AM, GT was already there fixing the issue.
You guys are great! Thanks so much for making my move-in so pleasant and stress-free.
I am still unpacking, but my apartment is really great, and I love it here.

I’m excited to leave a review concerning all the wonderful tenants and managers on the property of Gravity 255 . They are all very nice people. The atmosphere is so relaxing to be in. My husband and I have the World 🌎 Famous Soul Food truck and the property management team treat us so nice.

I’ve had the pleasure of living at Gravity at 255 for 2years, and I can confidently say that both the maintenance and management teams have exceeded my expectations. The maintenance team here is outstanding. Every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded quickly and efficiently. The management team is equally impressive. They are friendly, approachable, and quick to address any concerns or questions I have.

Together, these two teams create a well-run, stress-free living environment that makes Gravity at 255 feel like home. I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication, and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live!

The maintenance staff here is superb. We recently had a plumbing leak under the kitchen sink and submitted a maintenance request ticket. Gwen, the head of the maintenance team was there promptly, assessed the situation and quickly made the repairs. All my interactions with Gwen and her maintenance team, as well as the management leasing team have been positive, and I am deeply appreciative of the helpfulness and professionalism they consistently provide.

My tour guide was absolutely amazing ! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the tour ! I was able to get pricing, and specifics as well as tour two units I was interested in very thoroughly and quick. He didn’t hesitate to answer every question I had about the property and it was beautiful! I will 100% be applying! He was great! We even spoke about him attending a HBCU asI do too and how the housing is for college students . He was amazing !!

From the first moment I got into the leasing office, I was greeted by Josh. He is very down to earth and took his time explaining the property and amenities. Its been a little over a month now and I have no complaints. Any maintenance issues are solved in a timely manner and the office staff is very helpful and communicative. Recommend this property for anyone moving to Huntsville.
