Not a good day at the store, There were boxes of trash and trash that I had to get through to get into the store, even blowing onto the doors. I found what looked like refrozen pizzas (clearly water damaged) in the freezer section. Not clean and not fresh

Good selection of produce, clean aisles and shelves. Decent prices and variety of name brand products as well as their own label products. Good selection of meats and poultry, not as much in seafood.
Check out Lines aren't too bad, 10 items or less line moves pretty well. The check out Lines do tend to block the adjoining aisles during the peak times.

How was my shopping at Smart & Final it was fine I come here to buy what I can't find in other food stores they have good food specials you can find what you need from spicies , meat, frozen goods, vegetables, and kitchen ware etc.etc.

The produce is disgusting. Only bags of potatoes are visible rotten. The celery is rotten on the inside. Prices are high and store is dirty

I only go because the store is 3mins by car. However they are VERY pricey!! The store is small with narrow isles. And they never have enough checkers. Lines are always long. You can run in for one item - only to be there for 20mins or more because of the lack of checkers. Staff is nice in the mornings, & some could be more friendlier at the register. Produce is good. Meat items are good, but they could have a better selection & prices are a bit expensive on some meats. Dairy is good. Frozen item selection is good but could be better if they had more room. The store is always clean when I go. Thats a good thing. Finally - if they're going to hire Security? They should get someone that actually LOOKS THE PART!! Not some young lady, senior citizen or obese person.. patrons see that and say "what can they do?" Also they shouldn't be on cellphones, socializing with customers, or moving shopping carts.
Parking is plenty.

Doesn't have name brands. Couldn't find what I was looking for. When i did pick 3 items the checkout lines for the only 2 lanes open stretched all the way back into the isles! No Express Lane. Chronically long lines. Had to go to another store, again.

Excellent customer service every time and I've been there looking all kinds of ways, but decent! I'm sure they have excellent security in place, but no ones ever following you all around the store. The clerks and such are so very welcoming, polite, professional, courteous and helpful. Good bargains on everything they have in stock.
