Great place to have a deer, cow or pig slaughtered and processed. We’ve used them for all of these animals. Run a clean shop and love their packaging. Just picked up a deer there yesterday and love the taste of the deer jerky they did for us. Highly recommend! Thanks!

I read many reviews of this place that the business use sealed bags for meats , but when I went there , I did not get the meat in sealed bags, although I bought around 50 Lb of meat.
Few staff are good , few are little rude .. may be because they are too much busy .. no reason ..

anyways my rating based on my experience that did not meet the expectations as per given google review by others, so, advising you to be little cautious about other review.
3 star because - Cleanliness is good , stock is okay. Overall, better than many other processing in Atlanta and near by suburbs . Check the video I posted.

We purchased a cow from Apple Valley a few months ago and it was such a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond with their communication and we felt so well taken care of. We purchased a 1,000lb cow that we split with family and AV even split it up evenly among us. Their meat is high quality and we loved that it came vacuum sealed. AV is a phenomenal small business and we will definitely continue to purchase from them. We highly recommend!

Great family business. Extremely clean and just darn good people. Vacuum seal everything with a variety of cuts and processes. I tell all my hunting buddies about this place. The owner is very welcoming and i enjoy giving him my business.

Great people. Their work is excellent and you get all of your meat in vacuum sealed bags. Good turnaround time and fair prices. We started using them this year and have not been disappointed.
