My wife, Meredith, and I had the immense pleasure of working with EJ & Sarah Stavick for our wedding this year, and we cannot recommend Stavick Studios enough!
From the very first interaction, EJ & Sarah's communication was exceptional. EJ and his team are some of the kindest and most artistic individuals we have had the fortune of working with. I feel so lucky to have found Stavick Studios for our wedding photo and video. He and his wife, Sarah, run the studio, and they are truly the cutest and most brilliant photo/video duo! My partner and I felt the passion in their work from the moment we booked them. They had so many great ideas and even threw a complimentary pre-wedding shoot for us that had our audience swooning during our reception. I was an anxious bride the day of my wedding but spending time with EJ and his team-- Sarah, Ron, and Parm-- made the day so much fun and better. Sarah and Ej are an awesome duo! My husband and I first met them at my friends wedding and noticed they were so professional, kind, and welcoming. We knew we had to hire them at our wedding to capture our special day! We were able to get an engagement shoot, photo, and video wedding package for such a great price. We got so unbelievably lucky!

We had a great time getting engagement photos at the state park and beach. They were so accommodating and drove a couple hours to the destination we wanted. They had so many great ideas of different styles for the pictures to get the perfect shot and they also let us do anything we wanted as well. I was able to do some outfit changes in different areas so we had so many beautiful photos to choose from in different landscapes.

Sarah and EJ also attended our Traditional Tea Ceremony the day before our wedding and captured the beautiful intimate moments with family and friends. We really wanted to highlight in our wedding film our traditional ceremony filled with lots of culture. We felt at such peace working with them prior to my big day because they walked me through everything step-by-step and we always felt freedom because they wanted what we wanted.

A few days before our wedding, we found out it would most likely rain. We had already met and envisioned where we would take our wedding photos and had everything planned out. When it started raining, they were ready to change and pivot on a moments notice. We didn’t think we would get any outdoor wedding photos because it was pouring rain but EJ and Sarah were looking closely at the weather app and were determined to find a location close by where we could take photos outdoors because that was what we wanted. Luckily they found a beautiful spot for us to take photos where they were able to capture a lot of wedding party photos and guest photos in a short amount of time.

Til this day, we always look at our wedding video every other month and it always brings me back to our most special day as if we are reliving it all over again. We are so grateful we have photos and film we can cherish forever. We could not be happier with the end result and we would happily recommend them to anyone.

The most kind photographer couple, with an eye for details and patience for capturing long hours of ceremonies in a South East Asian wedding beautifuly. I think Ej and Sara will always be my go to photographers for every occasion. They were professional but so real as people that it seemed like my friend was capturing my wedding. Also, they really took into account that I wanted only candid pictures and that I wanted the video and pictures to capture the dreaminess of my wedding.
