We brought Sage in for a multitude of tasks, from hanging screen doors and dog doors to ripping out flooring. He was so efficient, honest, and capable, we brought him back the next day to keep going! He has the tools, the knowledge, and the ability to tackle whatever you put in front of him, and if he doesn't, he will let you know up front. So easy to communicate with. Highly, highly recommend.

Sage singlehandedly managed a fairly large deck rebuild and building touch-up for me. He was reliable, easy to work with, and did excellent work. I wasn't on site to manage the project but Sage handled everything from materials selection to coordinating with tenants to hauling away debris. I couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommend if you want confidence in a job well done!

I found Sage, the business owner, via Yelp and Google and he has been such a blessing for the property that I manage for my clients. He has a fantastic skill set and is able to see things that I don't but that are important and I really appreciate his insight.
