Terry's Meat Processing has some of the best bacon and sausage I have ever had! The pork chops are really good as well. They are large and have the perfect amount of carmeling. The beef is also REALLY good and quality. You can tell the difference from store bought meat in the smell alone while cooking it. The best benefit is the meat doesn't have ANY preservatives like store bought meat. I would highly recommend this processor!

Dropped of cows a couple of days ago and had the pleasure of meeting Terry himself. His son runs the business now but Terry stops by to lend a hand every now and then. Terry did an excellent job of educating us on the cuts of meat available in a cow and how to best select what we wanted. After taking the orders he showed us what the finished product would look like and gave us advice on how to pick up our order when it was finished. Can't wait to get our beef and our first impression is extremely positive. I'll post another review after our first BBQ.
