We found Richard and Bay Area Wallbeds on the net and could not be more pleased with his artisan craftsmanship. From the first phone conversation, Richard’s knowledge and sense of style coupled with practical application was evident Richard designed and made a wall bed for us where we had a number of space limitations plus a desk, closet organizer and additional drawers under a window seat. We can highly recommend Richard Mellor’s work.

We are extremely happy with our wall bed made by Richard. He is excellent at communicating throughout the process and accommodated a couple changes we made to the bed. Richard and team created a custom Murphy bed with desk for my office. We wanted a unique color and he worked with us to make sure everything was right. He offered us several price options based on what we wanted. The piece takes up a full wall and it’s really well built . Great quality. We would us the team again.
