Grear place for loading 5Stars
First park your semi,chek in at near shack then they inspect your trailer After, you have again to go shack,
After, you will go inside parking, front of docks and wait for shipers call ?
Overall experience good,
good washrooms, Taco Truck also and i love the berry store ?
Appointment - 6:00Pm

Just Terrible OMG What is going on here ok I waited like 9 hours before I got a Door then once in the door it was another 3 1/2 hours one pic two Drops and I guess they couldn’t even get that right because the 1st Drop Rejected all the pallets except one ?‍♂️ so I go to the 2nd Drop still fully loaded it’s just like a wasted Trip gas plus time it’s just bad business to have Drivers sitting around that long plus these Strawberries are too ripe they knew they should’ve thrown them out STOP PLAYING

Do not recommend, totally wastage of time. Come at 730am checked in 815am
And now 1053pm still waiting for door .........I know waiting vary but it's too much... will be my first and last visit here

Beautiful drive there. Amazing facility with an outstanding view. Clean and well taken care of. Appt 1600. Arrived way early 720am. Park in lot and walk to guard shack. They give you paper with numerous things to fill out...load info, lic#'s, vehicle #'s etc... Staged me inside gate to wait for door. (They call you when have door & when done with paperwork) office to right of dock doors.
Had the best bacon, egg n cheese breakfast burrito ever from the taco truck! Was able to sleep and out by 2pm. Shopped 2 different times lol. Get lots of berries! Fresh and so delicious. Told dispatch I take this load again anytime.

If you planning to pick up load from here get ready with $50. No matter the condition of your trailer, They still want you to use their so called mobile repair/ washer in order to get loaded. if it’s already washed you show receipt then they ll come up with something else and you still need to pay $50 to their so called mobile repair and he would put clear tape on your door and you are good to load $50.
Please let me know if you been through same unnecessary hassle For drivers so they can have their weekend BBQ $$

Make sure trailer is full clean or washout.Food truck is available Mon to Sat. You need to go guard for check in and take ur id with u. After check in they inspected trailer.4 pallet and long time wait. Restroom available near guard shack.

Didn't get to shop in store for it is closed on Saturday. I am truck driver waiting to pickup a load of berries from warehouse. Have truck parking. Portable toilet, so don't ruin it for the other drivers.
