If you are looking for the best - these guys are scary good.

I received 4 different bids for a deck to be built in AG area outside a small ADU.

Jay's bid came in more expensive than the rest by quite a bit. With some construction experience, I could tell the attention to detail was far above average.

Jay came for 3 days with a crew of 6 guys.

Level of detail on this build was outstanding. The tightest miter joints, the closest cuts. Perfect alignment, deck screws set with military precision.

Composite decks are expensive. If you are going to spend the money for a top tier composite deck, you're going to want it installed by a perfectionist.

Jay and his team were a joy to work with. Jay was great at keeping me updated at all times and was very responsive with my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my color choices. His team was very professional and excellent at cleaning up after themselves.

Our deck was in shambles and we were clueless. We met Jay after talking with a few General contractors whom seemed to know kinda of what they were doing. After my wife and talked we agreed we need a decking expert so we went to google and found Arroyo Grande Deck Fence. They came out the same day we called for an estimate and had us a quote in 4 days. They broke all the code requirement into laymen terms for us. They brought a wide variety of samples for us to choose from. We even had the opportunity to pick all the railing colors. Once they started the deck they were there everyday until it was done. I really can't say enough good things about them. We were overly impressed at how often checked in on his crew and how we felt with each step of the process. Great company!

I hired Arroyo Grande Deck and Fence to install a Trex deck in my backyard, as well as artificial turf, low maintenance landscaping, and a gas fire pit. This was after receiving several bids for the project. Jay and his crew were very professional, efficient, did a great job, and my backyard looks amazing! I receive compliments on it all the time.

Completely unprofessional, came out to do measurements for my house and my neighbors front decks and after 3 weeks of waiting and multiple calls and promises to us, we still can’t even get a quote. Apparently business is going so good that they can just hand pick all their jobs. I wish I was that lucky. If you’re eager to get some new decking, DO NOT GO HERE, go elsewhere as this company is sloooooow and as shown they don’t care about potential customers.
