Unfortunetly i have gotten meat from here for years. And will no longer be loved getting my meat here but last week my fiancee went and bout some of the red thighs mange thighs and yellow thighs. This was sat mid morning basically afternoon and brought home straight to fridge i made the mango and red on sun then went to make the yellow on mon evening and luckily smelled them as i was throwing on the bbq and they smelt very sour so we called and asked about bringing back for an exchange or refund long story short they said it was to close to the 3 day mark and would not do anything about that i have never had chicken go bad in 2 days which is what it was not 3 or even 3 for that matter unless they were old so the fact is they are selling old meat to people and then not giving rhem a refund so in my opinion very disipointing customer service hopefully the ming location has a difference in the bisuness style or they can lose a customer all together

Butcher was a big ol lazy bones. Did not want to slice my steak thinner because they were closing in a hour and didn't want to wash the slicer. Go to the meat market on Calloway or Stine and skip this place.

I have been coming here for over 40 years. This is a friendly small neighborhood store with an old-fashioned butcher shop, you can get any type of meat you want here and the meat is the highest quality grade you'll find anywhere.

Poor customer service from 5 years ago to now, in the back. They don’t bother to cut things into portions. They can at least the rack of ribs in half, and seemed uninterested in helping customers. Idk if new owners took over, but it’s gone down hill.

The guys working behind the butcher counter are friendly and helpful.

Don't walk into this place expect discount grocery meat prices here. You're going to pay a little more but your getting top shelf Harris meat. Any BBQ guy will tell you it's worth paying a little more.

Shout out to the guys working 11/7 behind the counter. I appreciate the help.

I went to Wood-Dale Market for the first time hoping to get nice and friendly service with at least a little class since their prices are up there. Was I wrong, between the butcher and the cashier I'm not sure which one is the lowest of the lowest and rude as can be. It seems that the more they act like trash the happier it makes them. They can wait a long time for my family my friends or myself to ever go back to these lowlifes, I'm not sure but they all seem to be related. I am the first one to give five stars and a great review when the service is good but this Wood-Dale Market takes the cake for having the rudest and trashiest workers that really think they're all that. It is so Sad.

Not impressed. There was frozen hamburger meat with an expiration date of December 2021.
I brought it to the attention of a store employee and he acted like he could care less and wanted to know if I want to buy it. Are you kidding me? I’m going to buy meat that expired in December 2021. I plan to never ever go to this market again.
