I usually visit this gym on some weekdays after my kids go to sleep, so most of the time I visit it's not too crowded (10PM-12AM). I'm also by no means a hardcore gym enthusiast - I'm just wanting to work out to try to lose a few pounds and stay healthy for my family.

That being said, this gym fits perfectly for me. As I said, usually it's not too crowded, though the free weights and the machines up by the mirror are always in use - I gave up on trying to work out with those. The 30 minute area works great and is almost always empty.

There's never a shortage of cardio machines and you have plenty of options to choose from. I've never had to wait for an open cardio machine.

Bathrooms are well maintained, at least in the men's room. (I used to go to the Riverside location by my work in the early AM and the bathroom/locker room was so disgusting I ended up switching up my routine to work out here instead.) Haven't had any issues with dirty/occupied showers and no issues with the locker room, other than the occasional person stashing their stuff in a locker without a lock on it.

Staff have also been great here! They're always pleasant and someone is always available to scan you in.

Overall I'm extremely happy with this gym and look forward to being a member for many years to come!

5 star customer service. Staff even instill words of encouragement and motivation. Especially Yan. She has a beautiful personality. I love the massage spa and the gym is always clean. The price for the membership is also reasonable which I and grateful for.

Been with Planet Fitness Black Card Member since 2014. Not one late payment in 10 years. Due to a billing glitch my back up payment was on file and up to date. The payment wasn't processed. I was given a $10 late payment fee..Beaumont Planet fitness manager Julian wouldn't waive fee unless I added the bank routing number to my card on file. I'm stuck with the fee, but no way are they getting my routing number.

This place is okay, staff are nice. The waiting might be a bit too much during the summer as it's free for teenagers and sometimes it takes a bit longer for them as they talk with their friends a lot. People who work out here is also very nice. This place has better taste of music than the other planet fitness that I have been to. Anyway, for the price, it's still decent.

Awful. Dirty facilities. mediocre equipment. Poor layout. Very limited free weights. The “Lunk Alarm” blasting directly above my head while I was mid squat lifting 270lbs caused me to strain my neck. Not a gym for serious athletes. Not a safe or clean gym. Mediocre customer service at best with an attitude of we follow policies with disregard for safety and with poor judgement. I highly recommend LA Fitness in Redlands or any other gym over this mediocre and poorly run establishment. 1 star is 1 too many.

Late at night staff should allow members to park upfront especially the male staff. SMH. Around 10:00 I see staff taking the parking up front.

Be careful! This gym is ran by the same manager as the one in Moreno valley for three months the gym has charged me after cancelling my membership here I spoke to the manager on his personal phone which I will post. And no action has been done. This gym will start your money I have filled a police report with the riverside police department if proof is needed. Pls don't share any financial info with them they will take it and pay for other members memberships please don't give them business I also warned the Moreno valley location if you have experienced the same pls contact me I have a case going

Joe would not let me in because I was wearing socks with sandals. I cannot wear closed toed shoes while I work out because they are too constraining and cause severe pain, and don't allow me to truly practice my form. It shouldn't matter as long as you are wearing socks.
