Contacted for a non working oven. After dealing with another local company that we bought the oven from for over 2 months of fussing...we finally called Bill's, a real appliance repair center. They provided a knowledgeable technician quickly who knew the oven and its issues, tested it, ordered the part, and in 2 weeks it was installed and working. Boy did we learn a lesson. While we missed Thanksgiving, Christmas baking is now a reality.

I needed a washing machine part. I went to Bills Appliance. The secretary at the store was so amazing. She phoned for a technician who came to the store within 5 minutes. He located the part I needed within the store immediately. I bought the part and walked out of he store with much gratitude and a smile on my face. This is the most amazing business that I have seen in years in Bishop, CA. Highly recommended in washing machine parts and knowledge about other home appliances. Located across from the Jill Kinmont School in Bishop,CA. They are the best.

I called here to ask if they sold new or refurbished refrigerators. They didn't, however she was kind enough to refer me to Trends, which is part of Ace High Country Lumber in Bishop. They had a variety of different appliances! It saved me a lot of stress, because the only alternative was to order from Home Depot and get a trailer to pick it up or pay $95.00 delivery fee. And they had a 3 week waiting list just to schedule a delivery date.
