We talked to a guy named George. He is rude. My wife called him and talked about our problem for a whole 3 minutes and started to get onry then yelled at my wife for shutting down. We know very little about computers. My wife was reasonable with him the whole time. Got tired of listening to his shit and hung up. Never again.

I clicked on something I shouldn’t have and got a malware scare so I called George to make an appointment. He’s pretty busy but made it within a week. He was kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and worked it out under an hour just as he had said he would over the phone. Bill came and fixed my printer--only charged me $50--I called HP tech support yesterday and was told my printer couldn't be fixed and wanted my CC number for an HP printer on sale for $224.99. George Cox knows his stuff, especially for Windows. He helped me restore my computer after my hard drive crashed. I bought a new PC from him, and he loaded as much as could be salvaged from my old, dead hard drive. Five stars for knowledge and a slight drop to four stars for "soft skills". No soft skills with George. You'll get straightforward opinion, attitude and lectures plus sound expertise for your computer. He's good for your computer but might hurt your feelings. He fixed my computer and I recommend him for anything PC and Windows related. Just be prepared for lectures and belittling about what you did to cause the problem. Tolerate the lecture and you will be happy with the outcome. I'll use his services again.

Bill investigated, diagnosed the problems and quickly resolved the issues with both email accounts and got them back up and running. A very professional, fast and efficient computer diagnostics & repair company. Updated my laptop with a new much faster hard drive and cleaned out all of the un-needed programs, files and folders.
