A&A Security has been awesome to me and my family. Chris and Phil have provided excellent and professional service in installing my alarm and camera systems for two homes.

First off, their prices are more than fair, from equipment to installation to the actual monitoring service.

Second, they are always available to answer my questions via text/cell. I haven't had to contact them much, and I try not to bother people after hours or on weekends (unless there's an emergency), but I appreciate that Chris is only one text or call away. Usually, he can help me diagnose and fix an issue over the phone.

Third, they are very meticulous in their installs. Not only did they work with me on getting the right equipment for my situation (and not overselling), I like that they take extra care in little details when installing my equipment (like hiding wires, making things look tidy/OEM, etc.)

And most importantly, I trust them. Aside from myself, they have performed installations for my neighbor and coworker and their systems have worked out great as well.

Love these guys. They picked up on a job screwed up by another local company. Best experience in a long time with a business. Shortly after my install they took over my monitoring. Half the price for same service I had. At my business previous to their install I had over 100k in losses , damage and theft. Since the install 0$ loss. !!!!!!!

I researched many security companies prior to deciding on A&A Security Services, including the "do it yourself" companies and the large coporations, such as ADT. After reviewing all the options, I decided to go with A&A Security Services for several reasons: From the first phone call, Chris was (and is always) readily available and professional. Installation was done on time as scheduled and flawless. Moreover, Chris gave personalized recommendations regarding what type of system to install based on the specifications of my house, which the "do it yourself" companies cannot offer. After installation, Chris and his brother took extra time to explain the specifics of the system until I fully understood its functions and applications. Moreover, Chris came back the following week to install another motion sensor per my request without any hesitation. Chris and his brother are polite, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and most importantly reliable. I would absolutely give the highest recommendation to A&A Security Services for anyone looking for a personalized and reliable home security system.
