J.B. Pennington is a great school surrounded by a great town. The people are about as nice as they come. Everyone knows each other and are very friendly. The teachers are great and willing to help you any way they can. Its just all around a great school. By far the best school in blount county.

As a Kentuckian, retired from my career as a post-secondary educator, I'm mortified at the redneck antics of my fellow-educators over a Native American Indian student's religious beliefs as symbolized by an Eagle feather.
Shame on you myopic Crackers for placing another blot on the history of Alabama; a state already stereotyped by the media as being run by ignorant but politically-savvy, racial bigots.
Another brick in the wall of your credibility..
You set back the entire "New South" about 200 years.
