Basset Electric !!! ?
Hands down , no question about it. We called three local electricians needing an entire new panel and kitchen outlet. One wanted to give us an estimate over the phone, one said it would be “probably” 3 months to complete due to permits. Chad Chotia with Basset not only completed the job within 3 weeks but even found faulty wiring that was very dangerous under our home. The job included obtaining permits from pge AND the county. There was also an unresolved old permit that he resolved for us! That would have delayed the job otherwise!
He showed up on time, every time. He even installed the kitchen bar outlet per special request for a holiday party after his usual work hours.
His employees were also polite and professional.
I will never call any other electrician—- timely, courteous, professional and HONEST!
He saved our home from a certain electrical fire!

Accidentally cut a wire in our basement that took out the power on the front side of our home and didn’t have too many options that were open on a Saturday that could come to our home in BC. Basset Electric came out and took care of it within an hour of calling them. Our power has been restored and our electrician, I believe his name was Keigs (but I might be spelling it wrong) was super informative, kind, and efficient. Affordable too!

Chad has been great, from initial response time, follow-up, follow through, scheduling, making it happen, dealing w inspections and my schedule, other connections, and providing assistance afterward. He made time to have the conversations and explain things I didn't understand.

I received a recommendation for Basset Electric from a friend and it turned out to be a solid choice! These guys were friendly, punctual, got the job done and the time frame they set, and charged me exactly the estimate we had agreed on. I'm also pleased to say that I am incredibly happy with their work! Sometimes it can be difficult to find a local electrician who is willing to take on "smaller jobs", but these guys made it easy. On a side note, the business is in fact named after their basset hound; and yes, the dog is adorable! 10 out of 10 would recommend ?
