A few years ago, we had our carpets cleaned by Eric and were so impressed by his work that we called him again when our basement flooded due to heavy rain. The water had seeped through the windows and soaked the carpet in the main room of our basement. Eric arrived promptly and immediately took steps to prevent mold growth on the walls and carpet. He identified areas of high moisture, even those that weren't visibly wet, effectively saving us from potential mold growth inside the walls. Eric and his team worked diligently and swiftly to open the walls, lift the carpet, remove the underlay, and dry everything. Later, they repaired and made everything look as good as new. Now that the work is completed, our basement looks pristine, including the carpet which Eric thoroughly cleaned. He went the extra mile to accommodate our schedule, liaise with our insurance company, and work within our budget. His professionalism and expertise are truly impressive, and he is a joy to work with. Eric and his team are very tidy and have a fantastic attitude. I'd give Early Bird Carpet Cleaning a 6-star rating if I could. They managed to transform my 20-year-old rug, which had started to look quite grimy due to increased footfall, from something shabby to something that looks brand new. There were parts of the carpet that were blackened, but you wouldn't believe it now.
