Love our shed & felt customer service was professional (5 Stars for the builder/delivery/sales). 0 Stars for the Rent-To-Own & the contract. Wanted to purchase outright, got into a contract w/RTO lender with 45.33% interest rate - took purchase price of 8X12 utility shed w/door from $3,130 w/taxes to $7,309 total 60 on-time payments. Very concerned about seemingly predatory nature of this contract w/pay-off fees, late fees, REPO costs. RTO Lender not professional & kept changing full price of shed. Not sure really what price was - just glad to be done w/RTO Lender.
