Robert has been my agent for 20+ years. During that time ALFA and Robert have always been courteous, quick and professional. Within a couple of weeks of making a claim on my roof, I already had the check and the roofers were replacing same. My son was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss of his vehicle. It was no fault of his own and the guilty party’s insurance refused liability after a 3 week investigation.
Within 2 1/2 business days, ALFA handled my claim, took care of all the paperwork, and I had a check in hand to replace our truck.
It’s great to have a company like ALFA that still values their customers!
