Very dissapointed. Paid $500 for two prop structures for an event. I was told by Ashley that they would be complete. An hour before delivery (and hours before the start of the event) I was told she would have to refund me my money because she had a situation at home with police in her driveway. This unfortunately left me no time to let the client know or find an alternative solution. The client would like her money back to which we were told she was “attacked last night and to file a report.” She does great work but this was very unprofessional and unfortunate that we’ve had to take legal action to receive our money back from a job that was not delivered.
