This place is the Char-griller grill manufacturer. They have no phone number, and no way to get a hold of them except via email, but they won't respond, or ship orders. I ordered a grill from them 2 weeks ago. They immediately charged my card for the full amount, and won't ship my order, or respond to my emails. Now I am trying to cancel it because it was a Father's Day gift and it didn't come, so I had to buy a grill otherwise. Now they have my money, and I have no grill, and I can't get a hold of them. BEWARE, and buy a grill somewhere else!

Location is listed as A&J Manufacturing (Chargriller Akorn Grills).
Absolutely terrible to do business with. Ordered replacement parts on May 29, 2023. Stated to be delivered in 2 weeks. Six weeks later I get one of 3 parts I ordered. Contacted via EMail (only way to contact) Told if I don't get confirmation of shipment in 2 more weeks, contact them again. Now July 16 and get email it'll be another 7-10 days because they are busy.
Getting solicitation emails stating order parts now while grilling season is still good.
Why? They are not going to ship them until next winter anyways.
I'll never buy another product they make for any reason.
Follow up. On August 7th I was notified that the part I need is no longer in stock and unavailable. I was notified by another customer having issues with Char-Griller also. Not by Char-Griller.
This company is totally unbelievably horrendous. Doing business with them is a guaranteed disappointment.

This place is listed for Char-griller. I ordered a cover for my Flatiron griddle that showed it was is stock. They took my money from my account but now it shows Sold out and no one will respond to my emails. They do however continue to send me marketing emails.
