I just want to give a massive shout-out to Cory for hiring Brian! From the moment I called for help after my brake line got cut, Brian took charge and made what could have been a stressful, overwhelming experience so much easier. Not only did he expertly tow my car all the way from Big Bear to Orange County, but he also did it with a level of professionalism and ease that truly stood out.

Brian is an amazing driver. The trip was over two hours long, but his calm, collected nature turned what could have been a nerve-wracking ride into a smooth, comfortable experience. He really knows what he’s doing behind the wheel, and I felt totally confident in his skills from start to finish.

Beyond just his driving, Brian’s kindness and easy-going personality made all the difference. He’s genuinely friendly and approachable, and I really appreciated how easy he was to talk to throughout the entire trip.

My experience with this towing company was absolutely top-notch. My boyfriend and I were stuck in a Vons parking lot at 9 pm, having just arrived in Big Bear. Luckily, Joe arrived within 15 minutes of us calling for an estimate. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Got stranded in Big Bear with a flat tire on a Sunday morning. AAA dispatched this company and we’re so glad they did. David showed up in under an hour and towed us down to Redlands. He was timely, professional, a great driver, and overall an amazing human (who made sure our whole family made it off the mountain). Our boys were sad that they missed the last soccer game of the season, but I was glad we got to meet David. He’s wisdom incarnated. We called them, and within 30 minutes, they arrived. Joe was especially helpful—he not only towed our car back to Los Angeles but also gave me a ride to secure a rental vehicle so we could continue our journey.

This towing company is absolutely wonderful. The had a quick response and were very clear in their timing and rates and what to expect. Even as I was being towed I observed the clarity they were providing to other people in line to be towed about the anticipated timing and were so considerate of their time and needs. The price of the tow was the best I could find after calling around the entire mountain and getting quotes. David, our driver, was amazing!!!!! He was so helpful and professional and even tried jumping the car to see if he could save us time and money and out of Genuine care to try and do what was best by everyone in queue to be towed. I could tell he genuinely cared to help us and we had such good conversation on the way home. He is super comfortable to be around and had such interesting insightful things to contribute in conversation. It really made me see the bright side of a bad situation and really made my day.
