Always love this place. Prices are mostly comparable and it is close. However. Will never buy heating pellets again. $30 for 3 bags and they burnt horribly and super fast, only complaint i have. I paid more for worse pellets than the gold pellets at lowes.

Friendly service. Went to have a spare key made. Although the manual said to use a particular blank it didn't work. I was allowed to try it on my vehicle and it didn't work. I wasn't charged and the person was still friendly and helpful.

I am so thankful that we have A2Z in Chino Valley! Not only is it convenient, but their staff is so friendly, professional and knowledgable! I always take my little Chihuahua in with me and they're always so welcoming to him too!
They answer all my (sometimes stupid) questions. I love A2Z!

Wow!. The lack of knowledge here is incredible. They don't know what they carry. They don't know what services they perform. They don't know how to help you
They're not even sure if they're alive! At the prices they charge they can afford to pay somebody enough to stay employed there for more than a minute.For years they have been hiring and for years people just don't work there long enough to know what they do. Go to either end of town. There's a much better option.

Small but packed with all kinds of things. People greet you as you enter and are very helpful. Came in for drill bits and they had a nice selection in the sie I needed.

Needed a deadbolt for my front door. The kind staff pointed me to the lock area. When I got there a nice young man directed me to the selection. I mentioned that it was for a manufactured home and he changed direction and stated that manufactured homes have different specs. We went to the back side of the shelf I was looking at and he handed me the one for my home. Got home and it was a perfect fit! I am very grateful for his knowledge and very professional staff here!

Bought a sprayer, poured solution in it..but it didn't work!!! Tried to return it in original box with receipt the next day and they didn't take it because it was "USED"..VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN..CHEAPER & BETTER SERVICE IN PRESCOTT.. $30 down the drain!!
