Very helpful when we were trying to build a fence. But since then, Ive had nothing but trouble. Granted the fence was installed about 4 years ago. But the first year, a panel disconnected from the post and kept flapping in the wind. Called them and all they could say was they were booked out for a year. Took them that long to come and fix it. Also asked them to look at the gate as it never latched smoothly. They “fixed” that too. There is now bowing on another panel with nothing on either side to cause the distortion. Called again and same thing. No availabilities for a year.

Last night, a panel completely fell over from the wind. All I got were apologies but they don’t have any appointments for a year. I get it. They are busy. But I am frustrated by the constant issues Ive had with this fence and the company’s lack of availabilities. Im not looking to fix up a really old fence or get a new install. Just some assistance on a semi-newish fence, that THEY installed, that keeps popping up with new problems.

I have used AAA Fence at home and at my company for years.
They always pick up phone promptly and show up on time.
The job completed on schedule and budget. I have called the "other guys" several times, they are always too busy to even return a phone call. Just call AAA check the task off your list.

AAA installed my 8ft tall, 150’ Cedar Fence that cascading down to 6’ on both ends. Then 35’ of 6’ fence with a 5’ Gate. This was in 2001 and it still is solid and beautiful with No Maintenance on either of myself or AAA Fence.
The only reason I had to reguest them to return was to repair damage from the November 1, 2018 earthquake to the gate.
They have fair prices, quick appointments, and Fast Professional Installations. They were at my house for one day. Other previous fencing did not fair-well, raising and jacking.

These folks saved the day! I looked and looked for a drop rod for my chain lonk doible gate... big box store didn't even know what it was. Found it here at a very reasonable price, nice staff too.
