AAG luxury outdoors was fantastic to work with. Ryan possesses the experience, know how, and most importantly the creativity to make it happen. We used Ryan/AAG luxury outdoors in a recent Reno and outdoor kitchen design and we will be using him again on our new home. When we sold our home, the outdoor kitchen was a big selling point. If I could give 6 stars I would! Long story short, I realized that the item model number I ordered and the product description didn’t match. When I called to inquire about it, I spoke to the most helpful customer service rep you can imagine, Caroline. She immediately realized what had happened, owned up to the mistake. Then they priced match a significant difference and expedited the cancellation of the original order and the new one. All of this at no cost to me. I will be sending all my friends and neighbors to AAG and you better believe I too will be a returning customer for absolutely any product or service they provide. What an absolute pleasure to work with and the best prices ever!
