Great store with super staff. Melissa helped us with a gas log set. She was first concerned with safety and insisted we get the chimney checked out. The rest of the experience was perfect and we have a great looking log set now. Even the installer was impressed with how good it looks.

I went to ABSCO near the Pelham Cracker Barrel to buy new gas logs because I could never get my gas logs to work consistently. I assumed they were defective.

Instead of selling me new ones they showed me how to fix them. (I needed to clean the pilot air intake holes.) This saved me hundreds of dollars.

That is what I call customer service. Bravo to the guys at Pelham ABSCO! I will be back.

I called and spoke to Jeff who was extremely helpful. Because my ventless fireplace was so old they did not carry parts to possibly fix it. He told me what steps to take to see if I would need a new insert or not. Those steps worked. My living room and most of my house is warm because of Jeff. Thanks so much for others trying to help instead of just making a dollar.

Okay........... it’s way past time to do this. But, in my defense, social media didn’t really exist 31 years ago.
Lately, we have counted on Absco as a source of BGE accessories (I refuse to call them eggsessories).
In the summer of 1990 we were in the market for some quality outdoor furniture. After shopping around, we decided to go with a line carried by Abcso. It was not cheap, but it was very nice and we were pleased with the quality. It has resided on covered porches of three different homes since then. It is still comfortable and attractive and I am sitting in one of the chairs as I write this.
They have always been helpful when looking for additions to the son-in-law’s egg. But, it’s really tough to beat enjoying the same, nice, comfortable and attractive outdoor furniture for 31years.
