Had a bit of a weird request for the manager on duty, Dale White. We were trying to contact another retail establishment nearby this location whos phone line was disconnected. Dale went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He offered to run my company's info over to the other store for me so that we could contact them for a charity event. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have been able to place our charity order. I cannot say enough how much his customer service meant to us and saved the day for our event! It is hard to come by genuinely nice people these days and his small act of kindness will not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

We can't say enough about the kind and friendly service we received at Ace Forsyth this morning. We were travelling through the area and having issues with our chipped key for our truck. A quick stop at Ace and we had a newly programmed key for half of the price of the Ford dealer. Thank you so much for helping us on our way to Canada!

I am a weekly visitor to this location. Sometimes daily. The staff here are knowledgeable and very courteous. They have what I would say is the largest retail selection of Stihl products I have seen in awhile. Store is always clean and well managed.

This store is constantly out of stock of simple items, not exotic items, every day items. Staff knowledge as a whole is low. There are a few team members that are knowledgeable but not a consistent presence throughout all shifts/days. I don’t foresee them gaining customers or maintaining current customers at this rate.

Ace Hardware has so many things that you could possibly need or want. Although their prices are higher than other areas, their selections Excel. And the people are always friendly and accommodating.
