Falsely advertised. I bought bulk racks that claimed to have a shelf load rating of two thousand pounds. I put 720 on a shelf, evenly distributed, and the two beams are bowing out like crazy. These racks can’t even support half of what they advertised. I even checked with customer service before I ordered and they claimed that a shelf would hold up to 2000lbs. Not happy.

This really is a great company to work with. I have been dealing with them for the past couple of years. They usually have everything in stock, deliver to Orange County at least once a week, and the prices are fantastic. I just purchased four 8 foot long heavy duty boltless shelving racks (7 shelves per rack) + 200 bins for $1600 delivered. Incredible!

Awesome company and GREAT prices. Called on a Tuesday...completely in a bind and Melody helped me. She was really patient with me and walked me through the order. The best part? It was delivered THE NEXT DAY!
I will not hesitate to call Action again. I'm really happy with them.

Ordered 4 shelves for my garage. Order arrived incomplete. Had garage project set up for the next day. Contacted Action Wholesale to try to resolve shortage. Was told they would UPS item out today. Would not arrive until following week. Cannot complete project. Not acceptable. Wife drives from Ontario to Anaheim to pick up part. I spoke with Toby (General manager and owner) who stated the best they could do was deliver the missing part on Friday. Too late. Toby would not give any kind of discount on a $675 order that arrived short and at no time did I hear an apology for their mistake. Not to mention the ilitist attitude expressed by the owner of this company. I will never again purchase anything from this company. I've been treated better at the walmart return counter.

This is a great company. I have been using their shelving , carts and dollies for last 20 years, since their original location off 55FWY. Very organized company with great services. Especially if u are a business owner with Warehoues , etc. do not waste your time to shop around, this is the place/source for those needs.

I had placed an order for one shelf unit and then discovered it was too big for my space. They had not delivered it yet so I was easily able to change out my order and get the correct size. Good customer service, nice people to deal with, would order again from them!
