I was surprised to find a place online that would replace the glass for my coffee table. The website was easy to use. The price with shipping was comparable to a local place that had a minimum and I had to pick up. The glass came well packaged. My two drawbacks... The site says two day delivery but that isn't until they actually ship. It took them three days to prepare and ship... which isn't bad, just not what I was expecting. My other drawback was the glass was 1/16" too large. It's tempered glass so it can't be recut. That could of been my measuring or their cutting... it was so close it's hard to say. So I am giving them 4 stars. I would try them again but if I could redo I would round down on my measurements to make sure there was a fit.

These people are the worse to deal with. My order arrived with missing critical parts for installation and none of my email got response until I call them and they acknowledge that parts are missing and promised to send out the missing parts ASAP. Another week went by without any update and no response to follow up email until I call them again and was told everything is correct. After the argument, they agreed that those under counter mount flange need to sent out for my order and 3-4 days later still no update on when I will receive the missing parts. My restaurant had been waiting for almost 2 weeks now and can't get the health inspection done due to their fault. Please take your business elsewhere for the sake of your time and save yourself headaches.

I needed a new piece of glass to fit inside of a furniture item in my house. I found ADM online and although they had no reviews, I ordered the glass through their website. The website was basic, but was easy to use. I received an order confirmation email, then received email updates through out the process. I never spoke with anyone over the phone- all communication was via email. The item was shipped to my home and received less than a week after placing the order. The glass came via FedEx, and was packaged very carefully. I unpacked it and installed the glass into my furniture. It was a thick and sturdy piece of glass, that matched perfectly and was true to the dimensions I specified. Overall, very satisfied with the process.

I ordered four pieces of glass to protect leather top tables and, like the other reviewer, was hesitant because ADM had almost no reviews. However, their online ordering was quick and easy and explained the glass terms so it's easy to understand what you are requesting. The order shipped and was received within two weeks.

The packaging was VERY secure. Dropped off by FEDEX with a signature required and the glass is wrapped in packing paper with spray on foam insulation type material rather than bubble wrap or packing peanuts. There is no way the glass will break on shipment. There was an exterior break in the cardboard packaging and the glass was 100% scratch free. The only downside to the packaging was it is VERY messy to clean up after.

100% satisfied with this company and the glass we received makes our nice tables look custom. Would order from this company again!

I ordered a large piece of glass from ADM to go on my kitchen table. I read online that you can use annealed glass to cover a table and ordered that, which is much cheaper than tempered glass. When I arrived to pick up the glass, I asked about handling it and the man said you really should have tempered glass for a piece that size (70" x 38") for safety reasons. I was just thinking I should order a new one if it could hurt someone and he said, "I just made it tempered and didn't charge you for it." I was very impressed by his generosity. Thank you!
