The folks that run our route are awesome! There has been more than one occasion where we failed to drag the can to the curb the night before... they pick us up between 6:00-7:00 am. If my husband drags the can down late they will typically stop and get it (as they pass our house several times on our trash day) even if it means backing into our driveway so they can grab the can from the right angle. The field crew goes above and beyond, and we really appreciate it.

I will also say that the only time that I have had to call them (when I was setting up service) the office staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worth not having to haul off my own trash!
