Hired me to haul their CNC equipment from Atlanta area to an expo show in Chicago. The way it sits now it's impossible to haul, they're trying to cram too much stuff on there.
All that needs to happen is they need to put the two long pipes or whatever they are on a separate truck(dually pick up trucks that haul LTL loads, people call them "hot shots")and pay that guy too. They're not going to do that because they're going to save money and I understand that but why at my expense? If something goes wrong(and something will go wrong trying to haul this load 700 miles mostly over mountains ).
And I'm not the first truck driver that showed up and refused to haul this load and wasted precious time. It's labor day weekend and everyone is trying to get home. Today is Thursday, I spent three hours to get here and now it's too late to go get a different load so I'm spending the night in ATL instead of earning money.
Tomorrow they will have some other driver show up and he will be put in the situation of refusing this unsafe load and spending his weekend stuck in Atlanta or he will have to swallow his sense of safety and take this load to Chicago putting himself and others in danger.
Every company is trying to cut costs, that's cool. Forcing someone's hand to load your equipment in an unsafe manner isn't cool.

We made the decision to switch over to AJAN for our burntable needs about 1 1/2 years ago now. We had our worries as it relates to lead times and language barriers prior to purchasing but those quickly disappeared. I have to say this has easily been one of the best decisions machine wise for our company in a long time. The customer service and response time whether it be a simple quick question or ordering parts or troubleshooting and helping in general easily surpass any other equipment we use with other companies. Replacement parts and consumables take a mere 2-3 days MAX which is better than many of our US based suppliers. I cannot speak highly enough of the AJAN team and we will definitely be investing in new equipment with them again when that time comes.

We have had our ajan machine for 7 years now . When I jumped on it I knew nothing on how to run one . This machine has the most user friendly software . And it never quits . It just cuts hands down best plasma cutters on the market today .
