Our process started online and all details were quickly and deftly dealt with via phone, email and video chat prior to our trip from southwest Florida to Georgia to pick up our new RV.

Meeting the team in person at the dealership made an already great lead-up to the buying experience even better: Kevin, our salesman, is an honest, kind and straight-shooting gentleman that is relatable and reassuring. James, the finance manager, is super easy to work with, swift with answers and thorough with details. He eschews pressure tactics of any sort and is a man of integrity. And then there's Andy, one hell of a guy, who is the parts and service manager and whom we were fortunate to have handling the delivery. His experience, seasoned insights, tips and tricks are invaluable and matched only by his sincerity and awesome sense of humor. Andy made us feel like like fast friends and signaled that we had his undivided attention for however much time we needed. His desire to start every one of his customers out on the right foot with their new RV is just obvious. To top it off, we left the dealership with no doubt that we will continue to receive thoughtful care and service from A&L whenever and wherever we may find we need it.

Awesome buying experience from the beginning to the end. We located the camper we wanted on RV trailer. As soon as we contacted them it was 123 straight forward. No hidden prices, Kani sales representative was on it from the beginning. When we got to pick up our new camper and trade ours. We had our names on the greeting board. Rip did the walk through we did our check list. No problems. They inspected our trade at the same time. We got two thumbs up. Our financial advisor James, very knowledgeable, polite, professional, paperwork was already set, no surprises. Very smooth process, signed at no time.

We drove up from Orlando to purchase a Rockwood from them. They beat the price of everyone in Florida and were Great throughout the entire process. We've owned 3 motorhomes but this was our 1st camper, we had lots of questions and they again, were great! It was the Best purchase experience we've ever had. We love everything about A&L RV in Lake Park. We have bought 2 coaches from them (GD Reflection & Alliance Valor), and each time from the buying experience to the delivery have been GREAT! Everyone we speak with from the salesmen to the parts people to finance and service are incredibly helpful and try to assist us each and every time we call or come into the dealership.

We now live full-time in our Alliance and travel the country. We had a problem with our hydraulic slides upon arrival at our latest park. We were able to get the rig off the truck and level when 2 hydraulic hoses blew out at the crimps and essentially made us "dead in the water" as we could not move. We are a family of 3 travelling with a dog and 2 cats and you can imagine how frustrating it would be to live in a coach with the slides still in. We could access 1/2 of our fridge, but not much more than the master bedroom, bath and garage.
As it was still under warranty, I emailed Alliance and waited until Monday morning. Alliance was willing to take care of the problem but recommended we bring it to our Dealership. I called A&L and got a hold of Andy, the Service Manager, and he immediately sprung into action. He arranged for a Mobile Hydraulic Company (Bridgestone Mobile Service) to come to our site, repair the hoses and get us up and running. He took care of us via phone calls and texts the entire time and made and otherwise VERY stressful situation much better. He also monitored the email between myself and Alliance and had the bill sent directly to the dealership. He assured me he would submit the paperwork and photos for warranty, removing me from the entire process.

After bad experiences with franchise RV dealer repairs finally found our go to place. It is super far from Miami but well worth it.
