Alan is the goat! I got out of work and discovered my rear bike tire was flat! But! Have no fear, Alan was here! Well no at my work, he has a shop. Anyways, I went to his shop and he totally hooked me up! He's a really cool guy and a good man. 10/10

Thanks Alan! Made my bike repairs simple and easy. Just drop off the bikes, tell him whats wrong and he will take care of it. No fuss, no wait in line. Pretty knowledgeable, nice service. Will be back for sure for any and all bicycle issues. Huge props Alan!

Alan is awesome, super genuine guy who is very knowledgable about bikes. Purchased a bike from him earlier this year and I've had no issues during my entire time using it. Took my bike for a service and got it fixed quick.
I also figured I should go for their full service $140 option, but Alan just said, hey you don't need to pay $140, we just fix your brakes for less. And they did.

East or west; Alan is simply the best among bike mechanics in the silicon valley; skillful, dependable, honest and trustworthy. He will focus on issues that are important for your bike. My old specialized mountain bike is running as smooth as it ran 20 years ago after Alan's tune-up. It was rusting in the woodshed and not functioning well when I decided to take Alan's help. Alan took no time to get it up and running. He is responsive on text or call and tries his level best to make each customer happy.
