Best international foods at great prices. Love the store branded products, excellent chocolates, good produce and gluten-free products.

Why is this place such a mess? Disorganized. No correct pricing in places by items. This is a shame for such a nice area to have such a messy and dirty store.

Another (German) competitor is coming to the neighborhood shortly, hopefully this will bring better prices like on the milk and eggs pictured, which only recently/magically were reduced significantly, even comparing the same item against the Winder or Mall of Georgia ALDI (less than 15 miles away) 1 gallon here is cheaper than 1/2 gallon there?!?

For some reason basic items like chocolate chips cookies have been missing for weeks, but there is no problem sourcing the national brand at 4x the price. Your customers are more educated than you believe, if we have to continue shopping around for items and prices, maybe next time we will not stop at this location on our way to or from the other stores. Come on, I know you can do better than that…get back to what made you great!

Aldi at Hamilton Mill . The ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The cashier could not have been more rude. Not a good experience at this Aldi today.

Ordered a pick up order around 2:30 pm to be ready between 5-6 pm. I arrive at 6 pm to pick up my order and was told by Alexis that she had just received my order and to come around 7:15 pm and she’d have it ready. No problem, I understand things happen. I take my children home, stop at Kroger to get creamer (Aldi doesn’t carry the creamer I like), and put gas in my car (giving her more time). I get a text around 7:15 saying my order was ready to be there by 8pm. I get there at 7:24 and start entering my aisle number and make and model of my vehicle. It cuts me off and wont let me finish. I go inside to find Alexis and she cancelled my order stating I was not back by 7:15 like she said. I explained I got a text message saying I had until 8 and that I just needed my groceries. She said too bad and that if I wanted my groceries, I had to go through the line like everyone else. Turns out, she did the same thing to the gentleman behind me who also got the same text. I had already paid for my food, I wasnt asking for anything special. When your store says youre open to 8pm, and ive already paid, I have until then to get my order. I had already been inconvenienced already when my order wasnt ready at 6pm. Not good customer service.

Talk about caring: An older woman from the elderly home across the street was shopping here. Our cashier Kennedy helped her load up and bagged everything up as well. When the lady dropped her bag, she helped her again in the friendliest manner ever!

Way to go Kennedy! Outstanding service and a shining light of Humanity
