Just before loading, I told them that I had one number eight tarp and two number six tarps, which was enough to cover a full load of 53 . They answered that we needed to come and said that it was good. After my arrival they refused me, saying that I needed 2 tarpaulins number 8. Strange people. All cargo is stored outdoors. I had enough tarpaulin to cover the entire length of the load, even if I had to lay the tarpaulin across it would be enough, I always did this. But now I stand without a load and receive losses. evil and unpleasant people who think only about their comfort

Very mean people working here. They using the parking lot as a storage and no room for trucks to make it safe. And it is the only dock they have. Good luck

Slept here overnight to be one of the first three loaded it's 12:25 still not tarped they are at lunch! Must be nice to eat when I haven't had breakfast or lunch. Absolutely absurdity!

Shippers be prepared to wait there for hours!!! 8 trucks behind me at least

Great folks, I arrived at 7am, loaded by 8, they put the tarps on the load, rolled them out - while it was pouring rain ! All I had to do is strap, and bungee - they provided edge protectors. Load is light, they were awesome to work with. - I will haul their stuff every chance I get !

Get here early , guys. Plain and simple. Everyone is polite AND busy. Overnight parking at the gate You’ll see the trucks. You can check in as early as 6:15,am. Shipping office is right inside the gate where the sign says Forklift Traffic. Second door on the left on the side of the building, under the awning, is where the office is. Have Broker’s name, Trucking Company, destination,truck number, length of trailer, ready, and of course, p/u # IF ASKED. The lady at the Shipping and Receiving is polite and VERY busy. Yes, edges are sharp. Just be ready for it. We’ve been through stuff like this before. BE SAFE!!!!

Very very very lazy workers, they don’t care about your time, don’t care about long queue. Waste of day for pickups. Checked in 7 am did not get load until 3 pm.
