Russ and his team are absolutely amazing. We have worked with him several times, and the quality of the work is excellent, with great attention to detail and safety always in mind. Very organized and smart, clean, and helpful, also honest and reasonable pricing. Super well-rounded with great skills in all areas of home renovation work, from floors to walls, kitchen & bath, countertop, plumbing, painting, anything really. But also creative, he can propose designs, and create solutions to problems that come up. We've had them replace our bathroom / bedroom floors, repair and renovate several bathrooms including equipment / plumbing replacement. They installed a smart lock in our special huge front door, which required some tough modifications. And they did an incredible job building a portion of wall and a new doorway with a beautiful transom window, creating an additional bedroom in our home out of thin air! We cannot recommend anybody more highly, you can't go wrong with Russ and team.

He remodeled our kitchen, including new cabinets and appliances, transformed our bathroom with a walk-in shower, replaced an old slider, and even converted a window into a sliding door. We wanted to share our satisfaction with the custom work of Russ Shtevnin, owner of Alliant Builders. He did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen including countertops and appliance installation. He then installed floor tile in the dining room. He did an excellent job of transitioning the hallway wood floor with the new tile showing a meticulous eye for detail. He worked closely with us to install custom lighting to display some paintings. We also remodeled the gas fireplace installing a faux stone surround and custom made mantle. He always listened to our requests and shared his knowledge and expertise to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. He was professional, neat and timely. We feel fortunate that we found him and highly recommend him if you are thinking of remodeling your home.
