I have been trying for 2 months to get a replacement part for my spa that I've owned for a year and a half. The heater stopped working and the repair contractor was told that they didn't know if it was under warranty. How long have they been in business and don't know what is and isn't under warranty. I purchased the spa for some relief for my arthritis. I have send emails with no return emails. Beware before you purchase from Alps Spas. I have never been treated so bad by a company EVER. Looks like I will have to buy my own replacement parts. Thanks Alps Spas for nothing.

The frame rusted out completely in less than 5 years. The exterior of the tub has come unglued and the panels are falling off. The company will only fix it if I bring the unit to them! And then bring it home. They want 500 for new exterior panels knowing full well that ours were poor to begin with. Won't buy another one.

Love this new hot tub. When I come home after work or the gym it eases all of my pain away. It also allows me to relax.

The purchase and installation process was a breeze and it fits so well. Most definitely a great purchase and highly recommended for customer services as well.

Alps spas are very high quality and very well built. The G90 galanized steel frame and ABS bottom pan makes the spa lighter and stronger that past spas I have owned with wood framing and floors. The spa is very efficient and has lots of power. Since 2014 I have had no service issues or complaints and I am very satisfied with this spa.
If you are looking for a well built spa with power to spare, but at a very low price (compared to other spas with these features) you can't go wrong with an ALPS!

Bought this spa from Pool Warehouse- formerly Pioneer Pools in Mobile Al. They swore up and down they would service and fix any problems. Less than 3 yrs in and the thing overheats daily even in temps less than 40. Call them for help and get an arrogant idiot telling me I am using the wrong settings for 2+ yrs. Never buy one. They don't stand by their products.
