Been without power going on 15 days now. They are not good at updating people. The outage map is conveniently always down. Every time you call everyone gets a different answer. They were not prepared at all for this storm and with so much damage must not have been keeping things up to date and maintained. They sent out those bills though.

They had the opportunity to hire extra lineman after hurricane Helena and didn’t. Helena hit 09/24/24 today is 10/09/24 and we are still without power. Most of us are still without power. This company does not care about their customers. I wish we had another option for a power company. Do not recommend. They will never be able to convince me that they care. All they care about is their profits. If you go to buy a house and they are your power company do not but the house. They are terrible

I had everything turned off and still was charged for 124kwh. I have spent $60 in 2 days. Then I had lights and running appliance running and prepay was $5.00. They say estimated? Compared to what. Bill different every day. Should other choices of electric companies. They have a monopoly.

Ever since I’ve been living in Swainsboro my bills are outrageous. My first bill $600 my second 380 my third 300. This is horrible and I wasn’t even living in my house the first month. The Second month I didn’t have appliances yet. They come out quick and the guys are nice but they didn’t find anything that could be me and I still have to pay this high bill!! My parents move out here a month ago they first bill is 500 dollars!! This is sad. I use to live in New York and Atlanta never had a bill over 200 and that was me running my ac alllll day and having people over. It’s just my son and I, most of the time we’re not home. If I could go with another light company I definitely would. Sad thing is i have to keep paying these ridiculous bills. This is definitely robbery and it’s sad. My light bill is half of my mortgage and I don’t even use the lights. Definitely getting robbed

Dont do prepay. They tell you prepay is cheaper. That's a lie. Runs about 8 to 20 a day. This company is a joke and a RIP off.
