JoAnn was amazing! I only had 30 minutes to furnish my son’s condo. She got right to business and understood my time restraints and helped put together a great deal for us.

Very helpful staff didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. Joanne made buying our recliner fast, easy and simple. Thank you Joanne!

Greg was great to work with as we had a small window of time to order and have furniture delivered (and assembled). He even stepped it up to personally assist in delivering and assembling the furniture when a worker was not able to come into work that day. In addition, Mr. King was kind and very professional who also helped deliver and assemble furniture with Greg in a timely manner. I’d recommend this store & service to anyone in a heartbeat!

Honestly if I could leave a 10/10 review I would. The customer service here was amazing. Mr.Greg helped me find exactly what I needed. He was also very attentive to all of my questions. By far the best experience with American Freight. You guys definitely need to go check them out. Keep up the good work guys.

Joann provided wonderful customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and assisted us with various requests about product availabilty. That said, the temperature in the building was exceptionally hot and unsafe for rhe workers and patrons.

Douglas immediately started helping us find a new fridge. He was very kind as was the other gentleman that works there. We got a new fridge at a very fair price and can't wait to pay it off so we may return for a new stove and dishwasher. 10/10 I would recommend them to my own family. 6 months later we have bought our new dishwasher and stove!! Greg was awesome! We will be back again to furnish our rooms. P.s the fridge is still amazing!!

Went to look for a new bedroom suit and was helped by Joanne. Customer service was great, couldn't ask for any better help looking at stuff. Found the one I wanted in no time. But I do have to say I've never been into a business that didn't have A/C!!! American Freight you should be ashamed to have your employees working in a building this size with no air. Its really unsafe conditions especially in Alabama.this needs to be fixed asap i recommend you contact C and A service LLC and get this fixed soon.i just wanted to bring that to attention.
