We came home from St Vincent's pretty late. Therefore, I didn't expect help with my husband's oxygen that night. Not only did Jim come to the house but he kept in touch and was there not long after we got home. We had no experience with using oxygen. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He answered all my questions and gave me so much information! I will definitely recommend American Homepatient.

I'll update the review if it gets any better. A few weeks ago I called them about transferring services to them. I was told I had to set up services with a local branch. So I call this office and was told what paperwork they needed. I get the paperwork and delivered it personally. At first the lady there didn't know her you know what from a hole in the ground telling me to call the 800 number. So she talked to someone in the back then made copies of my paperwork. Said they would call me. That was over a week ago. You call them you get the 800 number and can only leave a message. I need supplies now not a month from now when they stop picking their you know what.

Update! I would give them no stars if possible. Its been a month and I still have no supplies!! They lied to me and said they needed case notes. Found out through my doctor's office they didn't even put me in the dang computer to get it started!! Couldn't even find my file. I hand delivered my papers so I know they had them. Doctor's office ended up calling Waycross office to get my supplies started. Stay away from these IDIOTS!

Update number 2 (3 months later)
Going to call insurance Monday. Its been 3 months and they still haven't filled my supplies. I ended up having to pay out of pocket and order some off Amazon.

Final update! After 3 months of waiting I called the Cpap Store. There's one in Brunswick and Waycross and they got me my supplies in less than a week and on a holiday week no less! I never did hear back from American Homepatient. GO TO THE CPAP STORE!!!

I want to Thank Mr. Torrion for going above and beyond to help me understand the equipment he brought to me and listening to me for being so upset about being on oxygen at a young age. I'm a new patient but I felt like family once I meet Mr. Torrion, he answered all my thousand of questions I had. Also made sure I understood everything about my equipment and made sure I was 100 percent okay before he left my home. he deserves to be recognized for being such a caring man that he is, also a good listener.
