These guys are thieves…. They steal your car, hold it up, and demand ransom in cash. Stay away at all costs. They towed my car from a legally parked spot on summit blvd because their buddy called and complained. They asked for $1000 in cash only to return the car.

Tony was incredible! I called him from a different state to help out my sister and her family who were stuck on the side of a road with no cell service and after they had called the local police and a handful of other towing companies had turned them down. They had been stranded for hours. Tony was able to find us a driver with room for a car seat and find her location within minutes. They ultimately got off the hill before the driver got to them but I would hands down recommend this company! Communication was incredible, he was kind and helpful, even talking me through the process of insurance. Don't waste your time calling other companies!

My car was towed away by American Towing and Recovery LLC at Snow Summit ski resort. Because there were no clear local signs indicating which areas were not allowed to park, we were very confused. I had seen 6 or 7 vehicles being towed that day. I guess the local airbnb's owner and the towing company make money in this way. I called the towing company on the sign in the corner. My car was towed just a few hours ago and they charged $1,003.00 and I think it is completely beyond the reasonable charging standards of the US Price Bureau. And I felt threatened, the towing company operator was a woman and she said if you don't pay, we'll sell your car right away, This was a very rude and threatening conversation. You have right to do this normally 90 days after my car is towed if I don't pay, but you can't threaten me in that tone over the phone. I asked them for the address of the towing company, but they didn't give it to me. They needed me to pay the full amount over the phone now, using a credit card or debit card, before they could tell me the towing address. Throughout the whole process, they were brutal, rude, and threatening in nature, In desperation, I could only pay the full amount, and the towing company arranged for a person to pick me up and take me to pick up my car. I called 911. The towing company did not record the notification to local police department when it towed the vehicle. This is a very controversial matter.

Tony and company really came through for me.
Tesla got a flat from metal debris (piece of snow chain?)
Guys at Gino's (also great), did their best, but tire was beyond repair.

AAA was going to send someone else, but at a very high price.
Fortunately, Tesla got AT&R to come help me out, within 30 minutes- to tow me down the mountain to, a Tesla Service Center

The biggest bummer is that we had almost made it to the lifts

Rick saved the day for us. We got stuck on highway 38 after hitting a rock. He got to us fast and made sure that my daughter and I were warm in the truck while he loaded up our car since it was starting to snow pretty hard and really cold. He towed us all the way down the mountain to our requested destination and made it as quick and painless as possible. I would highly recommend using this company if you’re in the Big Bear area and need service. Thank you, Rick for helping us out today and being so kind. We really appreciated it!

We were towed yesterday to San Bernardino From Lucerne. Tony was our driver, and he was incredible! Right after he picked us up, we were driving away and he stopped, got out of the truck and helped my struggling friend dump a heavy trash barrel. This man continued to go above and beyond, we were completely entertained by his stories, and he listened to ours. He made the almost 2 hour drive pass in a flash! He was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you again Tony! You've renewed my faith in humanity!
