ALC always does good work for my law firm. My cases are usually assigned to a server fast and first attempts are usually done within a day of request. They follow any specific directions/circumstances provided to make sure the parties are served. Their fees are also reasonable. Have been using them for my firm for the past 5 years.

I contacted this company after hiring a different private server to deliver a TPO. That original server found my respondent no longer lived at the address I had for him. After doing a simple Google search, I found the respondent most likely lived in a different county, so I Googled and found Ancillary Legal. Contrary to the previous multiple private servers I had called, this company was not a one-man operation. I was connected initially with what I assume was a receptionist, who answered my questions and gave me the email address to request service. I emailed that same day, requesting expedited service as the court date was only a week away. The person who responded immediately informed me that the first attempt would be the next day. I received an email that the first attempt was made around 8am. They could not serve, so they tried again the next day in the evening and were successful. That was fantastic, but even better, they responded to all of my questions within an hour each time, gave me the affidavit of service I needed, and were truly helpful throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so much!

Ancillary has a client dashboard that keeps you updated throughout the process and allows you to provide them with information. Their fees are below the average standard rate, but their service is above and beyond!

I had a court date March 19 2024. I sent the documents on February 5th, and paid for them to deliver the Documents on February 7th. I called them several times before the court date. On March 10th 9 days before court they still haven't delivered the documents resulting in dismissal. Because they didn't deliver the documents. If I could give them no stars I would. Don't use Ancillary at all. They are not professional in communication nor in business. I hate that I used them. In respond, No you didn't try and contact me. I gave you all the Documents the first day of contact. I called you every week. You botch it costing me $250 in court fees. The problem is that it should of taken you a month to deliver the papers, you emailed me nine days before court date for me to take papers to the judge to be signed and give back to you for delivery. Now I got to do your job. A month after first contact with Ancillary. There was no way that you were going to have documents delivered on time. I had to do whatever I could to get them documents delivered because you failed to do your job. One again, you botched it.

We hired Ancillary to serve some legal papers, and before the ink was dry on the form they'd already made an attempt to serve the Defendant lickety split! And this was all at regular service billing rate. They were great to work with us and very diligently ensured service went off without a hitch. Honorable mention to our liaison Miss Tabatha who not only delivered superb customer service support but also was working (emailing and calling me) while she was sick. Ancillary are true professionals who pay attention to the small details.
